Club Build Off Fokker Dr. I

This for the folks that were not able to make to to the last meeting. We are going to be building Fokker Dr. I triplanes. The Fokkers are due March 13th so mark it on you calendar.

We are building the new eduard kit in 1/48 scale for the most part, but any scale is ok. The more the merrier thats what I say..

Any scale will do. I think most will be the new 1/48 Eduards kit.

I have the 1/32 Roden kit in the stash. My son started it, but never finished.

There are a few folkers out there looking for the other half of a dual combo Eduards kit, so if you have a half of a kit that you would like to split with another club member post it here so they can get building. There has also been some requests that the due date be pushed back. We will discuss this at this weeks meeting.

Important info for this group build, at the last meeting we decided to push back the due date to April 10th. This will also coincide with our inter-club contest, so keep this in mind.

Due to a zero no shows on the Dr. 1 group build this month, will extended the due date one more month.

Ok once more we have pushed back the due date for the Fokker build off. Leonard Bethel was the only one in the club with a finished Dr. 1, but he was a good sport and did not mind that he was rushed into finishing his model. We have not determined a due date as of yet, I will keep you posted on any developments.
